Training Objective

The goal is to show managers and all employees aspiring to be managers the basic rules of branding through practical activities such as case studies and workshops. These activities will demonstrate how to become a strong and consistent brand.

This training is for those working in the post-sales sector of the automotive industry and those who want to specialize in this field, or individuals aiming to add value to their personal development. (Sales personnel, service consultants, customer relations managers or employees, spare parts and supply employees, insurance experts, etc.)

Important Information

  • Certificates will be issued for those who attend at least 80% of the total training duration. No certificates will be issued for attendance below 79%.
  • After the completion of the training, certificates will be issued following our institution's checks and sent to the addresses provided during registration via PTT Cargo. Ensure your address and contact information are up to date.
  • Participants can send any questions or issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored during the training period.
  • Registration and payment for the training are processed online. Participants cannot pay in installments using a bank credit card.
  • For corporate invoice payments, you can contact our solution center at 0850 840 8543.

Note: In case of not attending the training for valid reasons after registration, and due to internal correspondence caused by the regulations, refund may take up to 1 month. Please consider this before confirming your registration.

The training is open for institutional collaboration (packages for corporate/legal entities), and individual applications are not accepted. The training content may be rearranged according to the institutional participant profile and needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. Once an agreement is reached, the suitable days and hours for your institution's participants and our instructors, as well as the training venue, will be arranged.
