About the Training

This training is mandatory for employees according to the Occupational Health and Safety Law and is not a preparation course for Occupational Health and Safety exams.

Training Process Information

When you apply and your payment is approved, your training portal user credentials will be sent to your email. (You can start the training immediately.)

Once you receive your username and password, you can access the training at any time from the training access link. You must complete the training within 1 month from the application date.

Upon completion, your certificate will be issued immediately after necessary system checks. The participation certificate can be viewed on e-Government. No need to email for confirmation.

According to the workplace risk class:

• High risk: at least once a year, minimum 16 hours
• Medium risk: at least once in two years, minimum 12 hours
• Low risk: at least once in three years, minimum 8 hours

Who Can Participate?

• Managers and employees at all levels
• Intern students in low-risk sectors

NOTE: This training is conducted in cooperation with ULUSEM-ULUUZEM-OHS COORDINATION. After completing the training registration, the email titled "YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED" sent automatically by ULUSEM system will include "ACCESS TO TRAINING PORTAL". All further information will be sent to your email.

• Other Topics (determined according to workplace risk class and competence)

Training Process

The training is conducted asynchronously online. Participants can log in to the training portal anytime during the training period. Internet access and an appropriate internet package are required. A device (smartphone, tablet, preferably a computer) with camera and microphone is required. Participation is mandatory. Certificates are issued to participants scoring 70 or above in the final evaluation.
