Child Mental Health Training Program

The Child Mental Health Training Program is designed to strengthen children’s mental and emotional health. It provides parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to support children’s psychological development.

Program Objective

The program aims to protect children’s mental and emotional health and support their development in a healthy way. This training, prepared for parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals, equips participants with the skills to identify and intervene in children’s psychological issues at an early stage.

Training Content

  • Foundations of Child Psychology: Information about children’s emotional, mental, and social development stages.
  • Mental Health and Development: Changes in children’s psychological development, the concept of mental health, and how to support these processes in a healthy way.
  • Early Detection and Intervention: How to identify psychological issues in children at an early stage and intervene effectively.
  • Psychological Support in Parenting and Education: Methods parents can use to support children’s mental health. How teachers can enhance children’s well-being in the classroom.
  • Child Mental Health Problems: Symptoms and treatment methods for common mental health problems in children, such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
  • Psycho-education and Counseling: Psycho-education methods, therapeutic approaches, and counseling techniques for children.

Training Methods

  • Theoretical Training: Detailed information on psychological theories, developmental stages, and mental health concepts.
  • Case Studies: Analysis of common cases in child psychology and proposed solutions.
  • Practical Exercises: Hands-on activities with children, therapy methods, and communication skills.
  • Parent and Teacher Training: Guidance on how parents and teachers can effectively support children’s psychological development.

The training is open for institutional cooperation (packages for institutions/companies); individual applications are not accepted. Training content can be re-planned according to the profile and needs of institutional participants. Following mutual agreement, the scope and method of the training (in-person, online) are determined, and the relevant processes are completed. Upon agreement, suitable days, times, and training location will be scheduled with your institution’s participants and our instructors.
