  • Critical efficiency measurements by animal type (pregnancy rate, lactation yield, etc.),
  • Setting specific, measurable goals (SMART) to increase profitability,
  • Regularly tracking and interpreting performance data,
  • Identifying weaknesses through data analysis,

Day 3: Government Incentives and Financial Management

  • State support and grant programs for the livestock sector (e.g. IPARD),
  • Using low-interest loans from Ziraat Bank, Agricultural Credit, and KOSGEB,
  • Preparing a successful and realistic business plan for financing applications,
  • Capital management and debt strategies,

Day 4: Product Marketing and Branding

  • Marketing strategies (organic, free-range, special breeds),
  • Ways to reach consumers directly: direct sales and e-commerce,
  • Building brand awareness: turning quality and trust into corporate identity,
  • Pricing strategies and competitive analysis,

Day 5: Risk Management and Digitalization

  • Managing risks such as epidemic diseases, price fluctuations, natural disasters,
  • Creating agricultural insurance and emergency action plans,
  • The impact of herd management software and automation technologies on profitability,
  • Tracking industry trends and making investment decisions for the future,
