The Legal Correspondence Training develops the ability to draft legal texts with accurate terminology and in full compliance with procedure. Participants gain the opportunity to enhance their professional credibility by establishing effective communication in litigation processes.

 

This training is designed for professional development purposes, and the certificate obtained does not substitute the MYK qualification certificate in programs where such certification is mandatory.

  • Effective and clear use of legal language; avoiding ambiguous expressions.

Addressing Judicial and Public Institutions

  • Key considerations when writing to courts, bar associations, and administrative bodies.

Electronic Legal Correspondence

  • Submitting petitions via UYAP, rules for official correspondence through email.

Writing Errors and Their Legal Consequences

  • Possible negative outcomes of incorrect writing and methods to avoid such mistakes.

Practical Correspondence Workshop

  • Applied legal writing exercises based on real case examples.
