Network and Operating Systems Basic Training

Training Duration: 5 Days (09:00–12:00 Theory, 13:00–16:00 Practice)
Participant Profile: Participants with limited or no knowledge of networks and operating systems

Prerequisites

• Basic computer usage
• General knowledge of the internet (browser, file downloading, etc.)

Curriculum Topics

• Day 1: Network basics, signals, network topologies (LAN, WAN, IP addressing, routing logic)
• Day 2: Basic network devices (switch, router, modem…) and their functions
• Day 3: Introduction to operating systems: Basic Windows and Linux management commands
• Day 4: User and access management, file permissions, security updates
• Day 5: Network security awareness, simple network scenarios, and practical examples

Training Outcomes

• Participants will learn basic networking concepts.
• Participants will gain basic management skills in operating systems.
• They will have the foundational knowledge required for advanced technical courses in security, artificial intelligence, robotics, data analytics, and more.
