The Mediator Renewal Training is a specialized program organized to update the knowledge and skills of currently serving mediators, ensure compliance with legal changes, and enhance their practical experiences. In accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure and relevant legislation, it is mandatory for mediators to receive this training at specific intervals. However, this training represents much more than just fulfilling a legal requirement.
The primary objective of the training is to keep the legal knowledge levels of mediators up to date, strengthen their practical application, and reinforce the principles of impartiality and reliability. Within the scope of the program, recent legislative changes, problems encountered during practice, effective negotiation techniques, and methods to facilitate communication between parties are addressed.
During the training process, participants both consolidate their theoretical knowledge and gain practical skills for situations they may encounter in the field through case analysis, role-playing, and practical exercises. Thus, they improve themselves not only from a legal perspective but also in terms of communication and problem-solving.
