Bursa Provincial Directorate of Commerce has announced that a new "Expert List" will be created for the experts who will serve in the Consumer Arbitration Committees for the year 2026.
As of January 1, 2026, provincial and district consumer arbitration committees will only appoint experts from the names included in this list.
Candidates are required to meet certain legal and professional conditions. Applicants must:
- Not have been convicted of intentionally committed crimes within the scope of Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code,
- Have no affiliation or connection with terrorist organizations,
- Not have been previously removed from the expert list against their will,
- Not have been dismissed from a profession or civil service due to disciplinary action,
- Have at least three years of actual work experience in the field of expertise,
- Have successfully completed the basic expert training,
- Possess a diploma, specialization, or professional competence certificate related to the field,
- Not be registered in an expert list of another Provincial Directorate of Commerce outside of Bursa.
Application Deadline: December 26, 2025
The process for experts wishing to be included in the 2026 expert list will continue between October 1 and December 26, 2025.
Experts included in the list will be able to serve in provincial and district Consumer Arbitration Committees in Bursa as of January 1, 2026.
Applications Will Start on October 1st
Applications will start on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and will end at the close of business on Friday, December 26, 2025.
Petitions reaching after this date will not be processed.
