Announcement Regarding the Application Results for Bankruptcy Administration Officers
In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 23 titled "Application to the list" of the Bankruptcy Administration Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27/12/2023 and numbered 32412, which states, “The concerned party applies to the regional board of experts in their place of residence or professional activity, according to the schedule and principles determined by the Ministry, to be registered on the list,” the evaluation of applications made to the regional boards of experts between September 11 – 26, 2025, has been completed and published on the official websites of the regional boards of experts.
