When Did the 2025 Expert Witness Applications Start?
Applications for registration in the expert witness registry for 2025 started on December 24, 2025 and will continue until January 26, 2026. The official announcement regarding the application process has been published on the official website of the Ministry of Justice Expert Witness Department.
This important announcement presents a significant opportunity for experts who wish to newly register in the expert witness registry and for professionals who have completed the expert witness training.

Application Schedule and Evaluation
Start: December 24, 2025
End: January 26, 2026
List Preparation: Following the evaluation of registry applications, the new three-year expert witness lists are planned to be announced on June 30, 2026.
With this schedule, candidates will be able to appear on the official registry lists after the evaluation process is completed.
