2026 Mediator Minimum Fee Schedule has been published and enacted by the Ministry of Justice. The schedule aims to determine the minimum fees that mediators will receive for their work and responsibilities in mediation activities.
According to the new schedule, mediation activities conducted during the investigation and prosecution stages are subject to different fee principles based on the nature of the case, the number of parties, and the type of dispute. Fees to be paid for successfully concluded mediations as well as amounts applicable to unresolved cases are clearly defined in the schedule.
