Who is Exempt from Basic Expert Training?

ARTICLE 31-

(1) Individuals listed in the list created according to the circular, which determines the procedures and principles regarding those who will be exempt from basic expert training and registration based on their expertise and scientific qualifications in their fields, are exempt from basic training.

(2) Real estate appraisal experts authorized according to the Capital Markets Law No. 6362 dated 6/12/2012, and those working only in the expropriation sub-specialty area under Article 15 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942 dated 4/11/1983, are not required to take basic training in terms of eligibility for expert status.
