Training Description

The term "Mobbing" refers to a group of individuals collaborating to harass, intimidate, bully, or disturb a person. Mobbing is an issue that employees in any institution or organization might face, regardless of age, gender, or education level. It is known to have psychological and legal effects in the lives of individuals.

Training Objective

Participants of this training module organized by the Bursa Uludağ University Continuing Education Application and Research Center aim to raise awareness about mobbing and provide individuals in the workplace with the knowledge to understand their negative experiences and protect themselves.

Important Notifications

  • A certificate will be issued for participants with 80% or higher attendance. No certificate will be issued for those with 79% or lower attendance.

  • After completing the training, certificates will be issued following internal checks and sent to the addresses entered during registration via PTT Cargo. The address and contact information must be up to date.

  • Participants can send any questions or issues to our email: usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored during the training period.

  • Training application and payment can only be made through online payments. Credit card installment options are not available for participants.

Note: In case of non-participation due to valid reasons or cancellation after confirming registration, refund may take up to 1 month due to internal processes related to revolving fund regulations. Please consider this before confirming your registration.

Kapsamlı bir eğitim programıydı. Konu açısından daha uzun süren bir eğitim olabilirdi. Yine de verimli geçti.
