Certificates will be issued for participants with 80% or higher attendance. No certificate will be issued for participants with less than 80% attendance.

After the training is completed, certificates will be prepared following internal checks and sent via PTT Cargo to the addresses provided during registration. Please ensure that your contact details are up to date.

Participants can send any questions or concerns to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored during the training period.

The application and training fee payments are made online. Payment via credit cards cannot be made in installments.

Note: Refunds for participants who are unable to attend the training due to a valid reason or cancel their registration may take up to 1 month due to internal correspondence processes according to the revolving fund regulations. Please consider this before finalizing your registration.
