Mediation Department Announcement (03.10.2024)
Renewal training for mediators is mandatory training, consisting of theoretical and practical lessons, totaling at least 8 hours, and must be taken once every 3 years by mediators.
In this context:
- Mediators whose last training in any specialization field was over 3 years ago must take the renewal training.
- Mediators who have been registered in the mediation registry for more than 3 years and have not taken any specialization or renewal training must take the renewal training.

Important Information
- Attendance is mandatory in trainings. Participation cannot continue if absenteeism exceeds 1/12.
- After completing the training, certificates will be sent to your address via PTT Cargo after internal checks. Your information must be up to date.

- Training fees are collected only online.
- No installment plan for credit card payments.

Note: In case participants who have confirmed registration cannot attend the training for valid reasons or cancel the registration; due to internal correspondence caused by revolving fund processes, fee refunds may take about 1 month. Please consider this before final registration.
