Training Information

  • Number of Participants: Minimum 20 / Maximum 30 participants
  • Training Fee: 12000 TL including 10% VAT

If there is group demand, the training can be planned and conducted at the requested place and time.

Training Objective

The process of examining whether a company’s financial transactions and activities comply with methods, rules, and legislation determined by company management, legislative bodies, or other authorized entities is called compliance review. For example, in compliance review, the accounting information of an institution is examined to determine whether it has been carried out in accordance with rules established by an authority.

Compliance Review

On the other hand, top management may review compliance with rules established by senior management. The review of compliance with an internal payment procedure, adherence to set policies, or the examination of accounting records, filing systems, and payment systems can be given as examples of compliance audits.

For Corporate Solutions, the following topics are reviewed as part of Practice-Based Training conducted within enterprises. The pricing for this program is determined through mutual negotiation.

  • Compliance of accounting documents and recording environment at regular intervals
  • Compliance of filed declarations with relevant laws
  • Compliance of submitted notifications with relevant institutions
  • Compliance of contracts, protocols, and commitments signed within the institution with the main company agreement and other legal regulations
  • Compliance of economic benefits (current accounts) obtained or to be obtained in return for services provided within the institution with internal contracts and documents
  • Compliance of issued financial statements with company records

Training Process

  • The training will be broadcast live simultaneously over the internet.
  • You must have internet access and a suitable internet package in your environment to participate in the training.
  • You need a device (smartphone, tablet, or preferably computer) with camera and microphone hardware recognized by the system and capable of connecting to the internet.
  • Participants will log into the system with their cameras and microphones turned on during specified course hours along with the instructor.
  • Usernames and passwords will be sent to the participants' e-mails before the training begins.
  • After the trainings are completed, the system will remain open to participants for 7 more days. At the end of the seventh day at 23:00, the system will be completely closed.
  • A WhatsApp group will be created as "admin message only" to provide assistance throughout the training, and all support information will be shared by the admin. Participants may send any questions or issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr. E-mails will be monitored instantly during the training period.

Important Information

  • Certificates will be issued to participants with attendance of 80% or more. No certificate will be issued for attendance of 79% or less.
  • After the training period is completed, certificates will be issued following institutional checks and sent via PTT Cargo to the addresses provided at registration. Address and contact information must be up to date.
  • Participants may send any questions or issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr. E-mails will be monitored instantly during the training period.
  • Training registration and payment are carried out online. Installments cannot be made for credit card payments.

Important: In cases where registered participants cannot attend the training for valid reasons and request cancellation, refund processing may take approximately 1 month due to internal procedures required by the revolving fund management regulation. Please consider this before completing your registration.
