Training Information

  • Training Method: Online (Remote) Training
  • Duration: 24 Hours
  • Training Date: Will be scheduled once sufficient pre-registration is achieved
  • Number of Participants: Minimum 40, Maximum 60 participants
  • Who Can Participate? Individuals working in public institutions, private sector employees, associate degree, undergraduate, and graduate students, and those open to corporate partnerships.

Training Description

The term "Mobbing" refers to a group of individuals collaborating to harass, intimidate, bully, or disturb a person. Mobbing is a problem that employees in any organization or institution can face, regardless of age, gender, or education level. It can impact individuals' psychological and legal aspects.

Training Objective

Participants in this training module organized by the Bursa Uludağ University Continuing Education Application and Research Center will become aware of mobbing, interpret negative situations they encounter in the workplace, and gain knowledge on how to protect themselves.

Training Process

  • The training will be streamed live online.
  • A device with a camera, microphone, and internet connection (computer, tablet, smartphone) is required.
  • Participants will log into the system with the trainer during class hours.
  • Username and password will be sent via email before the training.
  • After the training, the system will remain open for 7 days. It will close at 11:00 PM on the 7th day.
  • Support will be provided through WhatsApp messages from the administrator during the class period.

Important Notifications

  • A certificate will be issued for those who attend 80% or more of the total training duration. No certificate will be issued for those with less than 79% attendance.

  • After completing the training, certificates will be issued following the institution's checks and sent to the addresses provided at registration via PTT Cargo. The address and contact information must be up to date.

  • Participants can write any questions or issues to our email: usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real-time during the training.

  • Applications and payments for the training are made via online payments. Installment options are not available for credit card payments.

  • For corporate invoice payments, please contact our solution center at 0850 840 8543.

Note: For those who register and then cannot attend the training due to valid reasons or wish to cancel their registration, refund may take up to 1 month due to internal processes related to revolving fund regulations. Please consider this before confirming your registration.

Bu eğitim sayesinde iş hayatında farkedemediğimiz bir çok mobbing durumuyla tanıştık. Bunlarla karşılaştığımızda nasıl bir tavır sergileyeceğimiz hukuki açıdan da hakkımızı nasıl arayacağımızı öğrendiğimiz güzel bir eğitimdi.

Mobbing oldukça kapsamlı ve geniş bir konu. Herkesin bu eğitimi alması ve bu konuya dikkat etmesini öneririm. Bu eğitimde olabildiğince kapsamlıydı. Biraz daha uzun sürseydi çok daha güzel olabilirdi.
