Training Information
- Training Method: Face-to-Face (On-site) Training
- Training Duration: 24 Lesson Hours (12 Theoretical, 12 Practical)
- Training Quota: Each group has a quota of 24 participants.
- Training Location: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus
- Attendance Requirement: Attendance to the basic training is mandatory. Institutions provide a schedule showing participants' attendance. Only 1 lesson hour of absence is allowed for this training.

Purpose of the Training
The basic expert training, which includes fundamental, theoretical, and practical knowledge regarding expert activities, is taken by persons with five years of professional experience.
Experts who have completed basic training must participate in the renewal training specified in ANNEX-2, lasting at least six hours, by the third year from the date of registration in the registry. Experts who do not participate in the renewal training cannot apply for expertise again until they complete it.
According to the clause below, after the announcement is published by the Directorate, registry applications will only be accepted online. Physical applications to regional boards will not be accepted.
Expert Registry Application Process
Article 39 of the Expert Regulation, dated 3/8/2017, No. 30143
- (1) The regional board, for the purpose of creating or updating expert lists as needed...
- (2) The announcement is published on the websites of the Directorate, regional boards, regional courts of justice, and regional administrative courts.
- (3) The announcement indicates the application and acceptance requirements for the registry and list, necessary documents, and the basic and sub-expertise areas for which applications will be accepted.
Important Information
- After the training is completed, documents will be prepared and sent via PTT Cargo.
- Participants are responsible for keeping their address and contact information up to date.
