Training Information
- Training Method: Face-to-Face (Onsite) Training

Who Can Attend?
Only those registered in the Mediator Registry of the Mediation Department can attend.
Purpose of the Training
The training aims to provide mediators registered in the Mediation Department Registry with specialist status and certification in consumer law.
Trainers
Provided by faculty members and practitioners whose resumes have been accredited by the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice, Republic of Turkey.
Important Information:
- Attendance is mandatory. Participants exceeding 1/12 absence ratio will be considered absent
- Certificates will be issued after our institution's checks upon completion of the training and sent via PTT Cargo to the addresses provided at registration. Your address and contact information must be up-to-date.
- Participants can send any questions or problems to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored during the training period.
- Training application and fee payment are carried out online. Installment payments are not available for bank card payments.

- The Ministry of Justice Mediation Department allows training in multiple sub-specialties simultaneously. If the program you applied for overlaps with another program regardless of duration, you will be removed from the system by ARASİS. Please consider this when applying or apply for future programs.
Attention: For participants who cannot attend the training after confirmed registration for valid reasons, the refund process takes approximately 1 month due to internal procedures of the revolving fund regulation. Please consider this before final registration.
