Accounting Development Program

General Information

• Training Method: Online (Synchronous) Training
• Training Date: Scheduled upon sufficient pre-registration
• Training Fee: 15,000 TL including 10% VAT
• Training Duration: 120 Hours
• Participants: Minimum 20 / Maximum 30 people
• Training Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 18:30-22:30 (4 hours/day, 12 hours/week). Each month during the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd weeks, total 36 hours. First 3 months: 108 hours (4 Modules). Last module will be completed after a 3-week break.

To help beginners or professionals in accounting improve and update their professional knowledge.

Training Content

• Module 1 (8 Hours):
  • General Accounting and Overview
  • Accounting Profession and Legal Regulations
  • Information obtained for stakeholders
  • General Financial Statements
• Module 2 (16 Hours):
  • Accounting Environment: Documents, Ledgers, Electronic Systems, E-Invoice, E-Archive, E-Ledger, Electronic Declarations, E-Notification
  • Responsibilities of Accounting Office: Company Formation, Employee Notifications, Tax Obligations, Other Obligations
• Module 3 (52 Hours):
  • Uniform Chart of Accounts: Cash, Checks Received, Securities, Trade Receivables
  • Preparation and Analysis of Financial Statements
• Module 4 (32 Hours):
  • Current Account Module: Contracts, Account Cards, Reconciliation
  • Stock Module: Stock Cards, Definition, Usage, Physical Reconciliation
  • Bank Module: Bank Accounts, Monitoring, Reconciliation
  • Manager Module: Daily, Weekend, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Reports
• Module 5 (12 Hours):
  • Sample Applications and Participant Consultancy

Training Process

• The training will be live-streamed online.
• Participants must have internet access and a sufficient internet package.
• A device with camera and microphone (phone, tablet, or computer) is required.
• Participants join the system with camera and microphone on during class hours with the instructor.
• Username and password will be sent via email before the training.
• The system will remain open for 7 days after the training and will close at 23:00 on the 7th day.
• A WhatsApp group will be created where only the administrator sends messages; questions can be sent to usem@uludag.edu.tr and will be monitored in real-time.

Important Information

• Certificates will be issued for participation rates of 80% or higher; no document will be issued for 79% or lower.
• Certificates will be sent via PTT after internal verification. Ensure your address information is up-to-date.
• Application and payment are made online. Credit card installments are not available.
• For corporate invoicing, contact the solution center at 0850 840 8543.
• After final registration, cancellation and refund process may take approximately 1 month. Please consider this before registering.
