Program Objective

Our Corporate Sustainability Expert Certificate Program largely covers the topics specified in the Corporate Sustainability Reporting training defined by the Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority in the Official Gazette No. 32566, published on June 4, 2024. However, due to the program being conducted remotely, it does not have KGK accreditation. Independent auditors participating in this program will gain significant knowledge and skills during the exam process, but participation will not contribute to scoring.
This program, organized by our center for many years, undertakes an important mission to train experts and auditors in the field of corporate sustainability. The program offers a comprehensive content that supports both professional and personal development. Its goal is to increase the knowledge and skills of individuals to help institutions set their sustainability plans and raise experts in this field.

Who Should Attend?

The training program is recommended for institutions and employees who want to prepare and carry their corporate identity into the future with sustainability principles.

The program especially targets those who wish to be a key player in corporate sustainability in their professional life, lead their institution on the journey of sustainable development, and prepare their institution for climate policies.   

Program Outcomes

Participants who successfully complete the program will possess the following knowledge and skills:

• Will be able to develop the vision of institutions on their sustainability journey, guide them, and determine the steps required to establish a corporate sustainability culture.

• Will be able to determine the necessary actions to measure and improve corporate sustainability performance.

• Will know the purpose, scope, and preparation processes of corporate sustainability reports, and determine institutional needs accordingly.

• Will be able to understand the impact of global and national climate targets on the sector and identify the necessary steps to prepare for future climate policies.

• Will be able to set targets related to circular economy and resource efficiency for the institution.

• Will know the components of sustainable finance management.

• Will be knowledgeable about impact measurement.

• Will be familiar with environmental legislation used in the implementation of environmental rights and corporate environmental management, and will be aware of the legal consequences of inadequate environmental management.

• Will be familiar with energy policies to be adopted for climate adaptation.

• Will know the principles of sustainable agriculture and will be knowledgeable about sustainable agricultural practices.

• Will be able to assess the social responsibility and sustainability processes of their institution.

Training Process

• The training will be broadcast live online.
• To attend the training, you need to have internet access and an appropriate internet plan in your environment.
• A device (smartphone, tablet, and preferably computer) with a camera and microphone installed is required to use the training system and connect to the internet.
• Participants will log into the system with the instructor at the specified class times, with their camera and microphones turned on.
• Before the training starts, participants will receive their username and password via email.
• After the training, the system will remain open for 7 more days. It will be completely closed by 11:00 PM on the seventh day.
• During the training, a WhatsApp group will be created for assistance, and the administrator will share any support information during the class. Participants can send questions or issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real-time during the training.

Important Information

• A certificate will be issued for participants who attend 80% or more of the total training duration. No certificate will be issued for those who attend 79% or less.
• After the training, certificates will be issued following the institution's controls and sent via PTT Cargo to the addresses provided at registration. Address and contact information must be up-to-date.
• Participants can send any questions or issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored during the training.
• Registration and payment for the training are made online. Installment payments are not available for credit card payments.
• For corporate invoice payments, please contact our solution center at 0850 840 8543.

Attention: In case of cancellation or inability to attend the training for a valid reason after a confirmed registration, due to internal correspondence arising from the revolving fund operating regulations, refund will take approximately 1 month. Please consider this before final registration.
