Authorship Workshop Certificate Program
The Purpose of the Program:

The writing workshop is the place where the experience is transferred. The author, editor, writer coach conveys this to the participant in its simplest form based on their own experiences because they know that dreams can reach people to the extent that they can meet with sentences.

You have a story you want to tell, but you don't know where to start, how to step up. Whether your fictional character exists in the world you are editing, you want the reader to feel the same emotions as you when reading your story. Here's the way to learn how to do this is through a writing workshop.

Learning the way from the story to the book through the logic of the workshop, that is, through the transfer of experience, is an important step for those who want to embark on a writing journey.

Creating a character, combining it with the plot and being a good reader are the sine qua non of writing, but they are not enough. It is necessary to be able to transfer thoughts, dreams into sentences correctly and to be able to combine real life and dreams.

While writing the story we have always wanted to write, on the one hand, we will open new horizons for ourselves with shares that will contribute to our personal development.

The workshop is organized by Yasemin Erbek, a writer, writer's coach, editor and instructor of writing workshops.

Certificates are issued for participation of 80% and above of the total training period. for participation of 79% and below, no documents will be issued.

Number of Participants: At least 8 and up to 15 people can participate in the workshop.

Week:1
What is writing, is it just a skill?

Who we want to write for and what we want to write for is an important topic, let's get to know ourselves and not hesitate to share our secrets.

Why is it important to observe and empathize? What is its place in our lives and how can we use it in our stories?

How do we create a character, what do we use to create an unforgettable character that attracts attention?

What is the use of character analysis? What do you need to do to recognize a fictional character?

Week:2
The narrator's language and its effect on the story

Dialogue- what is a monologue? How can we use conversations in everyday life in our stories?

What is the conflict?

What can we eat while writing a story?

Week:3
To establish the cause and effect relationship in the plot of events (to ensure the harmony of time, space, character)

What do we understand from reaching the whole in the article?

The importance of drafting

If we experience blockage while writing, how can we overcome it?

Writing exercises (We write a story by completing a given sentence or paragraph.)

Week:4
What is the editor's point of view?

The Educational Process:

• The training will be broadcast live simultaneously over the Internet.
• In order to participate in the training, you must have internet access and a suitable internet package in your current environment.
• In order for the educational system to be used,camera and microphone equipment have been introduced, a device that can connect to the Internet(smartphone, tablet and preferably computer) is needed.
• Participants will log in to the system with their cameras and microphones turned on together with our instructor who provides the training during the specified lesson hours.
• User names and passwords will be sent to the participants' e-mails before the training starts.
• After the trainings are completed, the system will be kept open for participants for another 7 days. By the end of the seventh day at 23:00, the system will be completely shut down.
• In order to help us during the training period, a whatsapp group will be created in the form of sending messages only to the administrator, and all kinds of support information will be shared by the administrator during the course period. Participants have all kinds of questions and problems usem@uludag.edu.tr they can write to our address. The mail will be followed up instantly during the training.

Important Information:

• Certificates are issued for participation of 80% and above of the total training period. for participation of 79% and below, no documents will be issued. 
• After the completion of the training period, certificates will be issued after the controls belonging to our institution and will be sent to the addresses you entered at the time of registration with PTT Cargo. Your address and contact information must be up-to-date.
• Participants have all kinds of questions and problems usem@uludag.edu.tr they can write to our address. The mail will be followed up instantly during the training.
• Application for education and paying the tuition fee are made via the Internet. Installment payments cannot be paid on the participants' bank credit card.
