Training Objective

The aim of this training is to enhance and update the general knowledge and skill level related to HRM with current HR approaches and practices.

Module 1: Definition and historical development of HRM. (2 Hours)

Module 2: Strategic HRM and its impact on organizations. (2 Hours)

Module 3: Behavioral aspects of HRM; motivation and engagement. (4 Hours)

Module 4: Work-life balance, flexible and remote work. (4 Hours)

Module 5: Talent and diversity management. (4 Hours)

Module 6: Green HRM, sustainability, and green practices. (4 Hours)

Module 7: Employer branding and HRM impact. (4 Hours)

Module 8: New career approaches and current career issues. (4 Hours)

Training Process

  • The training will be conducted live online.
  • Internet access and sufficient bandwidth are required.
  • A device with camera and microphone (phone, tablet, computer) is needed.
  • Participants will log in with the instructor at scheduled times, keeping camera and microphone on.
  • Username and password will be sent by email before the start.
  • The system will remain open for 7 days, closing at 23:00 on the seventh day.
  • A WhatsApp group will be created; only administrators will post and share support information.
