Current Approaches Education in Human Resources Management

The purpose of education 

Education aim is giving current knowledge about human resources management approaches and practices. 

Learning Outcomes 

  • Participants will be able to understand the functions of business include base of business, economy, finance, marketing, accounting and management. 
  • Participants will be able to make evaluation strategic direction and corporation integration of an institution. 
  • Participants will be able to make evaluations and describe logic, validity and connection level of data or knowledge. 
  • Participants will be able to make suggestions and practicable results based on knowledge.   
  • Participants will be able to write understandable and logical business documents. 
  • Participants will be able to improve verbal communication skills of effective and understandable. 
  • Participants will be able to improve suggestions about social responsibility works and sustainability at companies.

Education Content 

  • Module 1: Human resources management in a historical perspective and development of HRM - 2 Hours
  • Module 2: Strategic Human Resources Management - 2 Hours
  • Module 3: Behavioral extent of Human Resources Management (Motivation, employee loyalty, psychological agreement) - 4 Hours
  • Module 4: Work-life balance; Flexible working and working from home - 4 Hours
  • Module 5: Talent management; Managing diversity - 4 Hours
  • Module 6: Green Human Resources Management  Employer brand - 4 Hours
  • Module 7: Employer brand - 4 Hours
  • Module 8: New career approaches and current career issues - 4 Hours

Contents of Modules 

Module 1: Human resources management in a historical perspective and development of HRM 

Time: 2 Hours

Educator:   

Content: At this with module the participants will be able to make descriptions of human resources management and will be able to explanation historical development of human resources management and will be able to discuss different human resources management approaches. 

Module 2: Strategic Human Resources Management 

Time: 2 Hours

Educator:   

Content: At this with module the participants will be able to make descriptions of strategic human resources management and they have knowledge about of history human resources management and they will be able to know different of between at classical human resource management and strategic human resources management. Also, they will be able to learn the advantages, disadvantages and importance of strategic human resources management. 

Module 3: Behavioral extent of Human Resources Management (Motivation, employee loyalty, psychological agreement) 

Time: 4 Hours

Educator:   

Content: At this module the participants will be able to see the behavioral extent of human resources management and will have explained effective of human resources management functions at Motivation, employee loyalty, psychological agreement. 

Module 4: Work-life balance; Flexible working and working from home

Time: 4 Hours

Educator:   

Content: At this module will have explained concept of flexible working and working from home. The participants will learn advantages and disadvantages of flexible working and working from home. And they will be able to see how the human resources department manages these processes.  

 

Module 5: Talent management; Managing diversity

Time: 4 Hours

Educator:   

Content: At this module the participants will be able to learn talent management and managing diversity and they will see practices about talent management and managing diversity which is made by human resources management. 

 

Module 6: Green Human Resources Management  Employer brand

Time: 4 Hours

Educator:   

Content: At this module the participants will be able to learn Green Human Resources Management. Were had explained relevant concepts like green management, sustainability, green perceptive by educators also the participants will understand the importance of green human resources management for companies. 

 

Module 7: Employer brand

Time: 4 Hours

Educator:   

Content: At this module the participants will be able to learn employer brand and they will learn the importance of employer brand for companies in a competitive environment. Will have explained how is creating employer brand by educators also the participants will discuss functions of human resources management on employer brand. 

 

Module 8: New career approaches and current career issues

Time: 4 Hours

Educator:   

Content: At this module will have explained practices of career management and the benefits of career management for all companies and employees. They will be able to learn career planning for new employees. They will be able to see what human resources management is doing at employee career problems. 

At this module will have explained concept of flexible working and working from home. The participants will learn advantages and disadvantages of flexible working and working from home. And they will be able to see how the human resources department manages these processes.  

The Process of Education:

  • The training will be broadcast live simultaneously over the Internet.
  • In order to participate in the training, you must have internet access and a suitable internet package in your current environment.
  • In order for the educational system to be used,camera and microphone equipment have been introduced, a device that can connect to the Internet(smartphone, tablet and preferably computer) is needed.
  • Participants will log in to the system with their cameras and microphones turned on together with our instructor who provides the training during the specified lesson hours.
  • User names and passwords will be sent to the participants' e-mails before the training starts.
  • After the trainings are completed, the system will be kept open for participants for another 7 days. By the end of the seventh day at 23:00, the system will be completely shut down.
  • In order to help us during the training period, a whatsapp group will be created in the form of sending messages only to the administrator, and all kinds of support information will be shared by the administrator during the lesson period. Participants have all kinds of questions and problems usem@uludag.edu.tr they can write to our address. The mail will be followed up instantly during the training.

Important Information:

  • Certificates are issued for participation of 80% and above of the total training period. for participation of 79% and below, no documents will be issued. 
  • After the completion of the training period, certificates will be issued after the controls belonging to our institution and will be sent to the addresses you entered at the time of registration with PTT Cargo. Your address and contact information must be up-to-date.
  • Participants have all kinds of questions and problems usem@uludag.edu.tr they can write to our address. The mail will be followed up instantly during the training.
  • Application for education and paying the tuition fee are made via the Internet. Installment payments cannot be paid on the participants' bank credit cards.
