Who Should Attend?

HR managers and staff, individuals wishing to develop a career in human resources, and students in relevant departments can attend this program.

Purpose of Training

The aim of this training is to enrich and update general HR knowledge and skills with current HR practices and digitalization applications.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the effects, advantages, and disadvantages of digitalization in HR management
  • Learn how digitalization is applied in HR management
  • Understand the concepts of Industry 4.0 and HR 4.0 and their historical development
  • Be prepared to utilize Industry 4.0 developments in HR management
  • Gain knowledge on EYT and legislation relevant to HR management

Training Content and Modules

  • Module 1: Digitalization in HR – 6 Hours
  • Module 2: Industry 4.0 and HR 4.0 – 12 Hours
  • Module 3: EYT and Legislation – 6 Hours

Module Details

Module 1: Effects, advantages, and disadvantages of digitalization in HR management. How digitalization is applied in HR. (6 Hours)

Module 2: Concepts of Industry 4.0 and HR 4.0, historical development, and effects on HR applications. (12 Hours)

Module 3: EYT and legislation, key information and applications relevant to HR management. (6 Hours)

Training Process

  • The training will be broadcast live online.
  • Internet access and a suitable package are required.
  • A device with camera and microphone (phone, tablet, preferably a computer) is required.
  • Participants will join the system at scheduled times with cameras and microphones on.
  • Usernames and passwords will be sent via email before training starts.
  • The system will remain open for 7 days after training completion. It will close completely at 23:00 on the 7th day.
  • A WhatsApp group will be created; only administrators can send messages and provide support information.
  • Questions and issues can be sent to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real time during training.

  • Certificates will be issued after the training and sent via PTT Cargo.
  • Your address and contact information must be up to date.
