Training Information

  • Duration: 21 Hours
  • Training Method: Theoretical Training (Remote Live) / Practical (In-Person)
  • Number of Participants: Each training program is held with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 30 participants.

Objective of the Training

To raise awareness and provide information about energy-saving usages that will not decrease the standards and quality of life/work in a school environment, and to create awareness among participants.

Considering the rising energy prices, increasing costs, and energy dependencies of devices, it is important to promote conscious energy usage in energy bills, which is one of the most significant spending items affecting daily life and income. The goal is to raise awareness of the positive effects of conscious energy management on the useful lifespan of energy-consuming devices.

Who Should Attend?

  • This training is not a training program organized under the Energy Manager Trainings outlined in the Energy Efficiency Regulation for Energy Sources and Energy Usage published in the Official Gazette of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources on (date). The training is solely for those interested in increasing awareness on efficient energy usage.
  • The training is open to school administrators and education coordinators.
  • At the end of the training, participants who attend 80% or more of the sessions will receive a Training Completion Certificate from Bursa Uludağ University, Bursa Technical University, BTSO-Energy Efficiency Center, and BTSO-Butgem. The certificate does not provide any privileges and is simply a result of personal skill development.

Training Process

  • The training will be live-streamed online.
  • You will need internet access and an appropriate internet package to participate in the training.
  • To use the system, you will need a device (smartphone, tablet, preferably a computer) with camera and microphone, capable of connecting to the internet.
  • Participants will join the system with their camera and microphone turned on at the designated class times.
  • Before the training starts, participants will receive their username and password via email.
  • After the training is completed, the system will remain open for 7 more days. The system will be completely closed at 11:00 PM on the seventh day.
  • A WhatsApp group will be created with the administrator as the sole point of contact for support. Any questions or issues can be sent via email to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored during the training period.

Important Information

  • A certificate will be issued for participants attending 80% or more of the training. No certificate will be issued for those attending less than 79%.
  • After the training, certificates will be processed by our institution and sent to the addresses provided during registration via PTT Cargo. Make sure your address and contact information are up to date.
  • Participants can send their questions and issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored during the training period.
  • Training application and payment are completed online. Installments are not available for credit card payments.

Attention: Refunds for cancellations due to valid reasons after confirmed registration may take up to one month due to internal correspondence processes related to the management of the revolving capital. Please take this into account before confirming your registration.
