Important Notice
- Certificates will be issued to participants who attend 80% or more of the training. Participants attending 79% or less will not receive a certificate.
- After the training, certificates will be issued following our internal controls and sent to the addresses provided via PTT Kargo. Ensure your address and contact details are up to date.
- Participants can send questions or issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr, monitored live during the training.
- Training fees must be paid online. Installments are not available for credit card payments. Corporate payments can be made via bank transfer.
- For corporate invoice payments, please contact our support center at 0850 840 8543.
Important: In case participants with confirmed registration cannot attend for a valid reason and request cancellation, refund processes may take approximately one month due to internal administrative procedures. Please consider this before registering.
