Program Objective
This program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to become a Milk Milking Expert. The program will help them gain the ability to apply occupational health and safety measures, implement environmental protection strategies, organize tasks, prepare for milking by ensuring the environment, equipment, and personal readiness, guide animals to the milking area, assess milk suitability for milking, and perform milking manually or with portable machines. They will also be able to store the milk properly after milking.
Who Should Attend?
This training program is intended for individuals who want to gain awareness in milk milking, acquire skills related to practices before, during, and after milking, as well as institutions looking to work with specialized personnel. The program is particularly targeted at those who want to become milk specialists or milking managers on dairy farms in their professional career.
Learning Outcomes of the Program
- Understand and apply basic occupational health and safety rules in the milking environment.
- Comply with occupational health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Know and use safety equipment when working with high-voltage electrical vehicles.
- Understand and apply food hygiene rules in work processes.
- Know and implement environmental protection measures in the milking environment.
- Plan the milking process, know and prepare the necessary tools and equipment.
- Organize milking records.
- Know and apply environmental cleaning and personal hygiene measures before milking.
- Transport animals to the milking environment and prepare them for milking.
- Assess the suitability of milk for milking and maintain records.
- Perform manual milking of both large and small animals.
- Perform machine milking.
- Store and preserve milk by cooling after milking.

Program Details
- The duration of the program is planned for 50 hours.
- The program will be offered with a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 15 participants.
- The program will be conducted online.
- Training Fee: 10,000 TL including 10% VAT.

Europass Certificate Supplement
The Europass Certificate Supplement is a standard document provided by organizations that issue professional training or qualification certificates. It aims to make certificates acquired in different countries easier to understand for employers and educational institutions. It is an additional document that helps third parties, especially individuals from other countries, understand the qualifications acquired by the certificate holder.
Content:
The original and translated names of the certificate, the skills and qualifications possessed by the certificate holder, the types of professions the certificate holder can enter, the legal basis of the certificate, official ways to acquire the certificate, the institutions that issue and accredit the certificate, the level of the certificate in the qualification framework, conditions for entering the next level of education, and opportunities for progression.

Training Process:
- The training will be broadcast live online in real-time.
- To participate in the training, you need internet access and a suitable internet package.
- A device that can connect to the internet (smartphone, tablet, or preferably computer) with a camera and microphone is required to use the training system.
- Participants will join the system with their camera and microphone enabled at the scheduled lesson times.
- Before the training starts, participants will receive their username and password via email.
- After the training is completed, the system will remain open for 7 more days. The system will be closed at 11:00 PM on the 7th day.
- A WhatsApp group will be created for administrative messages only, and the administrator will share all necessary support information during the lessons. Participants can send any questions or issues to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real-time throughout the training.
Important Notice:
- A certificate will be issued for participants with 80% or higher attendance. No certificate will be issued for participants with less than 79% attendance.
- After the training is completed, certificates will be issued following internal checks and will be sent to the addresses provided at registration via PTT Cargo. Please ensure your address and contact details are up-to-date.

- Applications and training fees will be paid online. There is no installment option for credit card payments.

- Important: In the case of participants who cannot attend the training due to valid reasons after confirming their registration or wish to cancel their registration, the refund process takes about 1 month due to internal communications arising from the revolving fund operation regulations. Please take this into account before confirming your registration.
