Announcement of the Mediation Department dated October 3, 2024:
The mediation renewal training, as stated in paragraphs 6 and 7 of Article 32 of the Regulation on Mediation in Legal Disputes, is an eight-hour minimum training program, both theoretical and practical, provided by authorized mediation training institutions. This training, which mediators are required to complete once every three years, focuses on updates to mediation legislation, jurisprudence, and the enhancement of mediation skills.
The procedures and principles regarding renewal training have been determined, and the authorized mediation training institutions will organize this training in the coming days.
Within this scope:
1-) Mediators who have completed any specialized training (last specialized training) three years ago are required to undergo renewal training.
2-) Mediators who have been registered in the mediation registry for three years and have not received renewal training or any specialized training are required to undergo renewal training.

Training Method: In-person (Classroom Training)
Training Fee: 2,000 TL
Training Hours: 8 class hours (6 hours theoretical, 2 hours practical)
Training Program: The training is scheduled to take place within specified date ranges.
Training Quota: Training will be organized once the 30-person class capacity is filled.
Training Process: A WhatsApp group will be created for training notifications. All necessary information will be communicated through this platform.
Important Information:
- Attendance is mandatory for the training. Participants exceeding a 1/12 absence ratio will be marked as absent for the training.
- Certificates will be issued after the training period is completed and checks by our institution are finalized. Certificates will be sent to the addresses provided during registration via PTT Cargo. Ensure that your contact and address details are up-to-date.
- Participants can send their questions and concerns to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real-time throughout the training period.
- Applications and payment of training fees are carried out online. Installments are not available for credit card payments.

- Important: In cases of valid reasons for withdrawal or cancellation after confirmed registration, refunds may take approximately one month due to internal processes of the revolving fund management. Please consider this before confirming your registration.
