• Effective Communication Techniques: Verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening and empathy, feedback methods, communication barriers and solutions
• Team Roles and Responsibilities: Belbin team roles, using strengths effectively within a team, managing role conflicts
• Problem Solving and Decision Making: Problem-solving models, analytical and creative thinking techniques, collective decision-making processes
• Conflict Management: Sources of conflict, types of conflict, resolution strategies, communication during crises
• Motivation and Performance Enhancement: Individual and team motivation sources, performance management, goal setting and focusing on shared objectives
• Team Leadership and Responsibility: Leadership styles, roles and authority of team leaders, leadership communication and team coaching
• Practical Teamwork Workshops: Group simulations, communication exercises, interactive problem-solving activities, real-case team coordination exercises

Training Purpose

In today's business world, organizations strive to adapt quickly to changing competitive, economic, and social environments. Adapting to these changes requires mobilizing internal resources, leveraging opportunities, and mitigating threats. This training aims to teach the attitudes and behaviors necessary for being an effective team member and creating synergy within a team. Participants will learn what a team is, the benefits of teamwork to both the individual and the organization, the characteristics of an effective team member, and the tools and techniques for improving team performance.

The program is designed to enable employees to work effectively, harmoniously, and with high performance toward shared objectives. Participants will gain practical skills in communication, problem-solving, conflict management, leadership, and role distribution within teams. By the end of the training, participants will be able to apply methods that enhance team efficiency professionally.

Important Information

Certificates are issued to participants who attend at least 80% of the training. Attendance below 80% will not be eligible for any certificate.

After the training is completed, certificates will be issued and sent via PTT Kargo to the addresses provided during registration. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
