The Learning and Development Training Program aims to enhance employees' professional skills and personal competencies. The program fosters a culture of continuous learning that boosts organizational success.

 

The training is for professional development purposes, and the certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate in trainings where the MYK authorization certificate is mandatory.
