Program Purpose

The Wall Builder and Master Wall Builder Development Program aims to provide participants with basic skills in construction, such as wall building, plastering, gypsum application, and tiling, while also offering professional knowledge and experience at the level of a wall builder master. The program equips participants with the latest technologies and techniques in the industry, helping them become proficient and competitive in their profession.

Training Content

• Wall Construction and Wall Builder Techniques
  • Participants will gain knowledge of wall building, the use of wall materials, and techniques. Additionally, they will learn how to build walls using different techniques such as stone and brick wall construction.
• Plastering and Gypsum Applications
  • Plastering and gypsum work are among the most important skills for a wall builder master. In this section, plaster preparation, smooth plaster application, and gypsum techniques will be taught.
• Tile and Ceramic Applications
  • Participants will learn how to lay tiles and ceramic flooring and wall coverings. Through practical lessons, participants will specialize in tile placement techniques.
• Advanced Wall Builder Mastery
  • This section covers advanced techniques and professional skills for wall builder mastery. It provides in-depth knowledge, particularly in the nuances of wall building and occupational safety.
• Project Management and Work Organization
  • Wall builder masters will gain knowledge in work organization, team management, and project management. Topics such as cost estimation and project planning are also covered.
• Professional Development and Certification
  • The program offers certifications and documents to support participants' professional development. Additionally, guidance is provided to help participants set up their own businesses.

This training is open for institutional cooperation (packages for institutions/companies) and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be reorganized according to the profile and needs of corporate participants. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-Person, Online) will be determined and the relevant processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, suitable days and times for the participants of your institution and our instructors will be set, and the training venue will be determined.
