Purpose of the Training

To provide participants with knowledge and skills in the correct and efficient use of NC and CNC machines, precision manufacturing techniques, and quality control methods, enabling specialization in production.

  • Programmable features and control units of machines
  • 3. CNC Programming Basics:
  • Use of G-codes and M-codes
  • Basic programming methods for CNC machines
  • Writing, editing, and optimizing programs
  • Differences between automatic and manual programming
  • Use and advantages of CNC software
  • 4. Machine Setup and Operational Applications:
  • Installation and testing of CNC machines
  • Workpiece setup and machining sequence
  • Cutting, drilling, milling, and turning operations
  • Tool and tool holder selection and assembly
  • Safety measures and machine maintenance
  • 5. Precision Manufacturing Techniques & Quality Control:

The training is open to corporate collaborations (institution/company packages); individual applications are not accepted. Content can be adapted to participant profiles and needs. Training scope and method (face-to-face, online) are determined through mutual agreement. Once agreed, schedules and locations are arranged with your participants and instructors.
