The Pre-Treatment Operator Development Program aims to equip participants with skills to effectively manage pre-treatment processes, enhance quality, and improve efficiency in textile production.

 

The training is for professional development purposes, and the certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate in trainings where the MYK authorization certificate is mandatory.

  • The purpose and importance of pre-treatment processes
  • Basic chemicals and auxiliaries used in textile industry
  • Textile machinery and processing equipment

2. Pre-Treatment Processes

  • Preparatory processes before dyeing and printing
  • Washing, bleaching, and removing contaminants
  • Moisturizing, pressing, and squeezing fabrics
  • Use of chemicals and safety precautions

3. Quality Control and Monitoring

  • Factors affecting fabric quality (surface smoothness, durability, color retention, etc.)
  • Quality control methods and testing equipment
  • Classification of fabrics based on color, texture, and properties
  • Detection and correction of defects

4. Machine Operations and Settings

  • Types of pre-treatment machines (washing machines, drying machines, pressing machines, etc.)
  • Working principles and settings of machines
  • Techniques to improve efficiency and machine speed adjustments
  • Machine maintenance and troubleshooting

5. Environmental and Safety Standards

  • Eco-friendly practices in textile production
  • Use of chemicals and waste management
  • Worker health and safety: Protective equipment, safety procedures

The training is open to corporate collaborations, and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned based on the corporate participant profile and your specific needs. Following mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the related processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, the suitable dates and times for your institution's participants and our instructors, as well as the location of the training, will be determined.
