• DEFINITION AND CLASSIFICATION OF HAZARDOUS WASTE
• Properties of hazardous waste, types of hazardous waste, classification of healthcare-generated waste.
• LEGAL REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS
• Legal regulations for managing hazardous waste from healthcare institutions, national and international standards (e.g., WHO, EU regulations).
• WASTE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES
• Collection, transportation, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste, procedures for safe handling.
• ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY AND PROTECTION
• Measures to prevent environmental harm from waste, methods to avoid pollution.
• USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
• Protective equipment used in safe waste collection and transport (gloves, masks, protective clothing, etc.) and correct usage.
• EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS AND COMMUNICATION
• Precautions for accidents and emergencies during waste management, emergency communication protocols.

The training is open to corporate cooperation (institution/company packages) and individual applications are not accepted. The content can be customized based on participant profiles and needs. After discussions, the scope and method (Face-to-Face, Online) are finalized and schedules are arranged.
