Ensuring safety, health, and social justice in workplaces is important for increasing the well-being of society.

  • The fundamentals of BBS: Behavior-based safety and methods for encouraging safe behaviors in employees.
  • BBS Implementation Methods: Observing behaviors, rewarding safe behaviors, and correcting unsafe behaviors.
  • 3. The Link Between Social Sustainability and Occupational Safety
  • The contributions of occupational safety to social sustainability: Employee health, safe working environments, and increased productivity.
  • 4. Achieving Social Sustainability with Behavior-Based Safety
  • Methods for Behavior Change: Effective communication and leadership techniques to encourage safe behaviors among employees.
  • Risk Perception and Evaluation: Correctly perceiving and evaluating risks.
  • Social Responsibility and Ethical Values: Integrating occupational safety with ethical values that impact the environment and society.

This training is open to corporate cooperation (institution/company packages) and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be redesigned based on the profile and needs of corporate participants. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (Face-to-Face, Online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, the suitable days and times for your institution’s participants and our instructors will be set, and the location of the training will be determined.
