    The role of impact analysis in sustainable development and business processes. It helps companies and projects achieve their environmental and social sustainability goals.

2. Environmental Impact Assessment

  • What is Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)?
    Environmental impact assessment is the process of measuring and evaluating the negative environmental impacts of a project. This module discusses the steps, tools, and methods used in environmental impact assessments.

  • EIA Process:
    How the EIA process works, which elements need to be evaluated, and how to create an EIA report. It covers the preparation of environmental management plans and solution proposals.

3. Social Impact Assessment

  • What is Social Impact Assessment?
    Social impact assessment is the method used to understand and evaluate the societal, cultural, and economic effects of a project. This module explores how to measure social impacts, evaluate community benefits, and analyze stakeholders.

  • Key Elements of Social Impact Analysis:
    Factors to consider in the social impact analysis process, such as effects on local populations, cultural changes, employment opportunities, and social inequalities.

4. Environmental and Social Impact Management

  • Impact Management Strategies:
    Developing strategies for managing environmental and social impacts. This module covers the creation of impact management plans, risk mitigation, and proposing solutions.

  • Crisis Management and Impact Handling:
    Managing potential crisis situations arising from impact analysis. How to be prepared for environmental or social disasters and develop effective solutions.

5. Impact Analysis and Sustainable Development

  • Achieving Sustainable Development Goals:
    How impact analyses contribute to achieving sustainable development goals. Tips for designing more sustainable projects by conducting environmental and social impact analysis.

  • Integrating Impact Analysis into Business Strategies:
    How to integrate environmental and social impact analyses into business strategies. This module explains how businesses can use impact analysis to develop sustainable business strategies.

6. International Regulations and Impact Assessment Standards

  • International Impact Assessment Standards:
    Global applications of impact analysis and internationally recognized assessment standards (ISO 14001, ISO 26000, etc.). The module also covers EU environmental and social regulations and their impact assessment practices.

  • Impact Reporting and Transparency:
    Creating impact reports, sharing them with stakeholders, and ensuring transparency. How to integrate impact reporting processes into sustainability strategies.

 

The training is open to corporate partnerships (institution/company legal entities) and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned according to the corporate participant profile and your needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, suitable dates and times for your institution’s participants and our instructors will be set, along with the location of the training.
