This training is intended for professional development, and the certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate required for trainings that require an MYK certificate.

1. What is Sustainable Development?

  • Concept of Sustainable Development: This section provides information on the history, basic principles, and global implementation of sustainable development. It offers foundational knowledge to understand the importance of sustainable development goals and their feasibility today.
  • United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) will be introduced, and the economic, ecological, and social impacts of each goal will be discussed.

2. Economic Dimension: Building Sustainable Economies

  • Sustainable Economic Growth: Characteristics of circular economy, green economy, and low-carbon economy, and their environmental and social impacts.
  • Resource Management and Efficiency: Efficient use of limited resources, resource management, and sustainable production models.
  • Green Finance and Sustainable Investments: How green finance and sustainable investments operate, including company and investor strategies.

3. Ecological Dimension: Protecting Nature and the Environment

  • Environmental Sustainability: Conservation of natural resources, climate change, biodiversity, and prevention of environmental degradation.
  • Carbon-Free Economy and Climate Change: Importance of transitioning to a carbon-free economy and steps to combat climate change.
  • Waste Management and Zero Waste: Sustainable waste management, recycling, and waste reduction strategies.

4. Social Dimension: People- and Society-Centered Sustainability

  • Social Equality and Justice: Addressing social inequalities, ensuring justice, and providing accessible education and healthcare services.
  • Workforce and Community Relations: Actions required in diversity, equality, and corporate social responsibility.
  • Social Innovation and Impact: Role of social innovation in sustainable development and strategies to create societal impact.

5. Sustainable Development Implementation Strategies

  • Corporate Strategies and Sustainable Development: Developing sustainable development strategies for companies and measuring their success.
  • Local and Global Applications: Implementing SDGs at local governance and global levels.

The training is open to institutional cooperation (packages for institutions/companies as legal entities) and individual applications are not accepted. The content can be re-planned according to the profile and needs of corporate participants. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of training (Face-to-Face or Online) are determined, and related processes are completed. Once agreed, the suitable days and times for your participants and our instructors, as well as the training venue, will be determined.
