The Child Nutrition Education Program aims to help children develop healthy eating habits and learn about food variety. This program emphasizes the importance of a balanced and nutritious diet.

 

The training is for professional development purposes and is provided by the Vocational School. The certificate obtained does not replace the MYK authorization certificate in training that requires it.

  • Food Variety and Vitamin-Mineral Richness:

    • Making healthy choices from different food groups

    • Foods rich in vitamins and minerals and their role in child development

    • Seasonal eating and the importance of organic foods

  • Healthy Snacks and Suggestions:

    • Healthy snack alternatives for children

    • The importance of avoiding sugar and processed foods

    • Homemade healthy snack recipes

  • Eating Habits in Children and Psychological Effects:

    • How eating habits are formed in early childhood

    • Psychological impacts of establishing healthy eating habits in children

    • The role of family support and parental influence

  • Exercise and Nutrition Connection:

    • How physical activity complements healthy eating

    • The interaction between exercise and nutrition in child development

    • Strengthening eating habits through play and sports activities

 

The training is open to corporate partnerships (institution/company legal entities) and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned according to the corporate participant profile and your needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, suitable dates and times for your institution’s participants and our instructors will be set, along with the location of the training.
