The Alternative Approaches in Early Childhood Education Program focuses on diverse teaching methods to enhance children's development. It offers creative teaching techniques and student-centered approaches to improve educational efficiency.

1. Program Objective:
The early childhood period is a crucial time for laying the foundations of children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and motor skills. The Alternative Approaches in Early Childhood Education Program aims to go beyond traditional methods and introduce alternative educational approaches that support children’s development in various areas. The program offers creative, innovative, and student-centered teaching methods to maximize children's potential.

2. Educational Content:

  • Montessori Method: The Montessori approach allows children to explore their learning process by providing opportunities for self-directed activities. It focuses on freedom of choice and personal responsibility while nurturing children's natural curiosity.

  • Reggio Emilia Approach: This approach emphasizes collaboration among children, families, and teachers. It highlights children’s natural inclination towards learning and the importance of learning through art.

  • Waldorf Education: Integrates arts, music, and drama into the learning process. Activities designed to develop children's imagination and creativity are central to the Waldorf approach.

  • Pikler Approach: Focuses on helping children develop independence and self-confidence. Children engage in interactive activities that support motor skill development and physical growth.

  • Creative Drama and Play: Techniques of creative drama and play are used to encourage children to express themselves, collaborate, and solve problems, promoting emotional and social development.

3. Teaching Methods:

  • Active Learning: Provides experiential learning opportunities that actively involve children in their learning process. This approach encourages hands-on participation.

  • Interactive Education: Group activities and projects are organized to encourage children to interact with others.

  • Observation and Feedback: Educators observe children’s developmental progress and provide personalized feedback, guiding their learning processes.

  • Family Involvement: Involving families in the educational process is a critical factor in supporting children's development. Families actively participate in their children's education.

The training is open to corporate partnerships (institution/company legal entities) and individual applications are not accepted. The training content can be re-planned according to the corporate participant profile and your needs. After mutual discussions, the scope and method of the training (In-person, Online) will be determined, and the relevant processes will be completed. If an agreement is reached, suitable dates and times for your institution’s participants and our instructors will be set, along with the location of the training.
