Program Objective

The early childhood period is a critical time for laying the foundation of values. The "Values Education in Early Childhood" program aims to help children learn fundamental human values such as empathy, respect, honesty, and responsibility, and to apply these values in their daily lives. The program supports children’s social and personal development and helps them become healthier individuals in society.

Program Content

  • Values and Basic Concepts: Explains what values are and introduces basic values that children can learn, such as empathy, respect, honesty, responsibility, tolerance, and cooperation.
  • Importance of Values: Explains the role of values in children’s personal and social development. Encourages children to be empathetic toward others and to follow social rules.
  • Application Methods for Values Education: Values education is delivered through interactive methods such as games, stories, group activities, and drama. Ensures children learn values in a fun and lasting way.
  • Family Involvement: Encourages families to participate in their children's values education. Family discussions and joint activities reinforce the values learned at home.
  • Practical Applications: Provides concrete examples of how children can apply the values they learn in daily life. Guides implementation of values both at school and at home.

Teaching Methods

  • Stories and Tales: Stories and tales illustrating values help children understand abstract concepts in a concrete way and reinforce empathy and other values.
  • Drama and Role-Playing: Drama and role-playing activities allow children to learn values through experience and help them develop social skills.
  • Group Work: Children learn values like empathy and cooperation by working together. Group games and activities increase social interaction.
  • Observation and Feedback: Instructors observe children’s behavior, provide positive feedback, and track progress in values education.

The training is open to institutional collaboration (packages for institutions/companies); individual applications are not accepted. The content can be reorganized according to the profile and needs of institutional participants. Following mutual agreement, the scope and method of the training (Face-to-Face, Online) are determined, and processes are completed. Upon agreement, schedules and the training venue are coordinated between the participants of your institution and our instructors.
