In the eighth paragraph of the Regulation, it is stated that:
"Expert witnesses shall receive renewal training, provided by institutions authorized to conduct expert witness training, consisting of both theoretical and practical instruction for a total duration of not less than six hours, once every three years. Expert witnesses are required to attend the renewal training within the third year from the date of their registration in the expert witness registry. Expert witnesses who fail to attend the renewal training may not reapply to perform expert witnessing until they have completed this training."
Accordingly, expert witnesses registered in the expert witness registry and list are required to attend the renewal training within the third year following their registration date.

DISTRICTS THAT DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM QUOTA WILL BE MERGED WITH THE NEAREST DISTRICT’S QUOTA. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
Training Method: Face-to-face (In-person Education)

Who Can Participate?
Those registered in the Expert Witness Registry of the Expert Witness Department may participate.
Training Process: A WhatsApp group will be created for training announcements. All necessary information will be shared through this group.
Please Note:
When submitting your application, please ensure that you select the correct program — Basic Expert Witness Training and Expert Witness Renewal Training are different. Applicants in Bursa must not apply through the application screens of other provinces. Do not apply for dates that do not match your situation. Due to high demand, it will not be possible to switch between groups later. Information about the building and classroom where the training will take place will be sent to you via WhatsApp before the training.
As a state university, refund processes require an official written request and internal approvals; therefore, refunds cannot be processed simultaneously. Please make your payment only after checking that your chosen schedule suits your situation.
Important Information:
Attendance is mandatory for all training sessions. Participants who exceed 1/12 absence will be marked as absent and will not be eligible for certification.
After the training is completed and institutional checks are finalized, certificates will be issued and sent via PTT Cargo to the addresses provided during registration. Please ensure your address and contact details are up to date.

Training applications and payments must be made online. Installment options are not available for credit card payments.

Note: For participants who complete registration but cannot attend the training due to valid reasons, refund processing — due to internal correspondence and approval procedures required by the Revolving Fund Management Regulation — may take approximately one month. Please take this into consideration before finalizing your registration.
