Regulatory Information
ARTICLE 11 – (1) Commissioners will be given a refresher training of at least twelve hours in total by authorized institutions once every three years. The Conciliation Commissioner must attend the refresher training within the third year after being added to the list. Commissioners who do not attend the refresher training cannot be re-registered in the list.
The Department of Expert Witnesses only accepts Conciliation Commissioners who have previously applied to the register and have a registration number.

Attendance Policy
Participation in the basic training is mandatory. The training institution keeps a record of attendance, and participants attending less than 1/12 of the lessons will be removed from the training program.
Trainers
The basic training is delivered by professors, associate professors, or doctors in the fields of civil procedure and enforcement law, civil law, commercial law, business administration, economics, finance, and accounting.
Exemptions from Conciliation Commissioner Training
Individuals with a professor or associate professor title in civil procedure and enforcement law, civil law, commercial law, business administration, economics, finance, or accounting are exempt from the commissioner training.

Important Information
- Attendance is mandatory. Participants exceeding 1/12 absence will be considered absent.
- After training completion, certificates will be issued following internal checks and sent via PTT courier to the address provided during registration. Addresses and contact details must be up to date.
- Participants can send any questions to usem@uludag.edu.tr. Emails will be monitored in real time during training.
- Training registration and payment are done online. Installment payments with bank or credit cards are not allowed.

Note: If participants cannot attend after final registration, refunds may take approximately 1 month due to internal processes of revolving funds. Please consider this before final registration.
