Training Information
Training Method: Face-to-face

Training Date: Will be scheduled once a sufficient number of preliminary applications is reached.

Training Hours: Will be scheduled once a sufficient number of preliminary applications is reached.

Training Duration: 24 Hours (4 Days * 6 Hours)

Training Venue: Bursa Uludağ University, Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences – Block C

Number of Participants: Minimum 20 – Maximum 30 participants

If a sufficient number of participants is reached in other provinces outside Bursa, additional in-person training sessions will be organized in those provinces on separately scheduled dates.

If fewer than 20 participants register, the training will not be opened. If more than 30 participants register, new groups will be formed based on registration priority. Details will be shared via WhatsApp before the training.

Training Fee: 5,000 TL (including 10% VAT)

Certificate: A certificate of participation is awarded with a minimum attendance rate of 80%.


Training Objective
The aim of the Loss of Earning Capacity and Loss of Financial Support Compensation Training is to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to calculate material compensation arising from bodily harm or death caused by work accidents, traffic accidents, or unlawful acts.

This training:

  • Enables specialization in actuarial calculations and expert witness processes.

  • Teaches compensation calculation methods (e.g., progressive annuity, actuarial method).

  • Develops competency in legal and financial evaluation.

  • Is intended for professionals who aim to conduct the compensation process in a fair, accurate, and accountable manner.

Important:
The training is organized to enhance the professional development and knowledge base of individuals who meet the qualifications announced by the Expert Witness Department and who have at least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field, as required in Basic Expert Witnessing.

The certificate obtained at the end of this training cannot be used as proof of the 5-year work experience requirement in the field.
