Training Duration: 24 Hours (4 Days * 6 Hours)
Training Venue: Bursa Uludağ University, Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences – C Block

If a sufficient number of participants are reached in other provinces, the training will also be conducted face-to-face in those cities on separately scheduled dates.

Number of Participants: Minimum 20, maximum 30 participants per group.

If the number of participants is below 20, the training will not be held and the fees will be refunded. In cases exceeding 30 participants, new groups will be created based on registration order. Training details and schedules will be provided to participants by the Call Center prior to the start date.

Training Fee: 6,500 TL (including 10% VAT)
Certificate: Certificate of Attendance (granted to participants with at least 80% attendance).

Note: If there are fewer than 20 applicants, the training will not open. For more than 30 participants, new groups will be formed based on registration priority. The venue, schedule, and hours will be communicated by the call center.

Purpose of the Training

The purpose of this training is to improve the calculation skills of expert witnesses in disputes concerning attorney fee tariffs, statutory and contractual fees, enforcement proceedings, and litigation expenses, in accordance with legal provisions and judicial precedents. Participants will learn, through practical examples, how to perform attorney fee calculations related to both Civil and Enforcement Law proceedings.

Important Notice

This training is organized in line with the qualifications announced by the Department of Expert Witness Affairs for professionals with at least 5 years of active experience in their respective fields, aiming to enhance their professional development and knowledge base.

The certificate obtained from this program cannot be used as proof of meeting the 5-year professional experience requirement.

Day 1 – The Concept and Legal Basis of Attorney Fees

• Law No. 1136 on Advocacy

• Differences between statutory and contractual fees

• Counterparty fees, contractual fees, and post-enforcement recoveries

Day 2 – Official Tariff and Contract Applications

• Calculations based on the Minimum Fee Tariff

• Professional service receipts and tax implications

• Practical case calculations using real court files

• Determining applicable rates based on case value and decision date

Day 3 – Attorney Fee Receivables in Enforcement Proceedings

• Calculations in judgment and non-judgment enforcement proceedings

• Distribution of fees after collection

• Impact of interest and costs on calculations

Day 4 – Applied Case Study and Expert Report Writing

• Real file-based calculations and report preparation

• Legal analysis supported by judicial precedents

• Report format and justification in line with UYAP standards
