Information: According to the announcement by the Ministry of Justice Expertise Department, additional time has been granted for expertise applications submitted via the UYAP Expert Portal, and applications can be submitted until 16 February 2026 (23:59).

Candidates who have completed their registry application cannot upload the participation certificate additionally this term. The certificate can be taken for informational or developmental purposes. Candidates who have not yet applied to the registry can upload the participation certificate during the application process.

Training Information

  • Training Method: Face-to-Face (In-Person) Training
  • Training Date: Planned when sufficient pre-registrations are obtained
  • Training Duration: 12 Hours (2 Days * 6 Hours)
  • Training Location: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus
  • Training Quota: Minimum 20, maximum 30 participants. If a minimum number of participants forms in 80 provinces outside Bursa, face-to-face training will be planned in your province. Training will not be planned below 20 participants; fees will be refunded. For applications over 30, a new group will be formed.
  • Participation Certificate: Given to those who attend 80% or more

Important Information

The training is organized to support the professional development of individuals who meet the requirement of at least 5 years of practical experience in their field, as required by the Department of Expertise in Basic Expertise.

The certificate obtained at the end of the training cannot be used to meet the 5-year experience requirement in this field.

Expertise Subspecialty Qualifications

Purpose of Training

The purpose of the training is to equip participants with the skills to carry out calculation procedures arising from disputes based on enforcement and bankruptcy legislation in a manner compliant with legislation and judicial decisions.

Participants will be able to effectively report as experts on matters such as receivable interest, bankruptcy estate distribution, priority schedule, and collection calculations.

  • Introduction to Enforcement and Bankruptcy Legislation
  • Basic provisions of Law No. 2004
  • Enforcement procedures: with judgment, without judgment, specific to negotiable instruments
  • Types of receivables: principal, interest separation, default interest, compound interest
  • Calculations in debtor–creditor relationships
  • Debt reduction after payment order and seizure procedures
  • Interest and cost calculations
  • Enforcement fees and recourse to third parties
  • Bankruptcy Law: Bankruptcy estate and priority schedule
  • Practical calculation examples
  • Distribution calculations among creditors
  • Preparing priority schedule from bankruptcy file
  • Calculations in case of composition
  • Preparing reports via UYAP
  • Example report writing based on Supreme Court decisions
