Training Information
Training Method: In-person
Training Date: Specified in the group name.
Training Hours: Specified in the group name.
Training Duration: 12 Hours (2 Days * 6 Hours)
Training Venue: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences – C Block

If a sufficient number of participants is reached in other provinces, the training will also be held face-to-face in those cities on separately scheduled dates.

Participant Limit: Minimum 20, maximum 30 participants per group.
If fewer than 20 participants enroll, fees will be refunded and the training will not be held. For 30 or more participants, additional groups will be opened based on registration order. Training details (venue, dates, and hours) will be communicated via WhatsApp before the course begins.

Training Fee: 3,250 TL (including 10% VAT)
Certificate: A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to those with at least 80% attendance.


Training Objective

The goal of this training is to provide participants with the ability to perform calculation procedures arising from enforcement and bankruptcy law disputes accurately, in compliance with legal regulations and judicial precedents. Participants will gain the competence to prepare expert reports—particularly in areas such as receivable interest, bankruptcy estate distribution, ranking lists (sıra cetveli), and collection accounts.


Note:
This program is organized to enhance the professional development and expertise of those who meet the qualifications announced by the Department of Expertise of the Ministry of Justice and have at least 5 years of relevant field experience.

The certificate obtained upon completion cannot be used as proof of the five-year experience requirement for official expert registration.

Introduction to Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law

  • Fundamental provisions of Law No. 2004

  • Types of enforcement proceedings: with judgment, without judgment, special proceedings for negotiable instruments

  • Types of receivables: principal, interest, default interest, compound interest

  • Calculations between debtor and creditor

  • Payment orders and post-seizure debt deductions

  • Interest and expense calculations

  • Enforcement fees and recourse against third parties

Bankruptcy Law and Applied Calculations

  • Bankruptcy estate and ranking list preparation

  • Distribution calculations among creditors

  • Bankruptcy file analysis and sıra cetveli drafting

  • Calculations under concordat proceedings

  • Report preparation via UYAP (Judicial Network System)

  • Example expert report writing based on Court of Cassation precedents


Learning Outcomes

  • Develop expertise in enforcement and bankruptcy-related calculations

  • Perform calculations for receivable interests, collections, and bankruptcy distributions

  • Gain practical experience through real-case analyses

  • Prepare expert reports compliant with judicial standards
