Training Method: In-person
Training Date: To be scheduled once a sufficient number of preliminary applications is reached.

Training Duration: 24 Hours (4 Days * 6 Hours)
Training Venue: Bursa Uludağ University, Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences – C Block
If a sufficient number of participants (minimum quota) is reached in other provinces, additional in-person sessions will be planned and held locally.
Participant Capacity: Minimum 20, maximum 30 participants.
If fewer than 20 participants register, the training will not be held and fees will be refunded. For 30 or more participants, additional groups will be created based on registration priority. Details on venue, schedule, and timing will be shared with participants via WhatsApp before the training begins.
Training Fee: 5,000 TL (including 10% VAT)
Certificate: A Certificate of Participation is awarded to those with 80% or higher attendance.
Purpose of the Training
This training aims to ensure that expert witnesses can perform accurate, transparent, and law-compliant assessments in calculation disputes arising under Law No. 4734 on Public Procurement and Law No. 4735 on Public Procurement Contracts.
Participants will gain the ability to practically conduct calculations such as estimated cost, price difference, progress payments, and delay penalties within the legal framework.
Important Notice
The training is organized to enhance the professional knowledge and competence of those who meet the qualifications announced by the Department of Expert Witness Affairs and have at least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
The certificate obtained after the training cannot be used as proof of professional experience required for expert witness eligibility.
