Qualified Calculations Based on Consumer Legislation Training is a practical program designed for participants who wish to specialize in expert witnessing related to financial disputes arising from consumer transactions under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and its related regulations.
Participants will learn qualified calculation methods on topics such as defective goods and services, installment sales, prepaid housing contracts, credit and insurance relations, and penalty clause and interest calculations. The program also provides skills in expert report preparation, case analysis, and practical file review.

Method: Face-to-face
Duration: 24 Hours (4 Days × 6 Hours)
Venue: Bursa Uludağ University Görükle Campus, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Block C
Participants: Minimum 20 – Maximum 30
Fee: 5,000 TL (including 10% VAT)
Certificate: Certificate of Participation is awarded to those with at least 80% attendance.
In other provinces, the training can also be conducted face-to-face if the minimum participation requirement is met.
Purpose of the Training
The aim of this training is to enable experts and legal professionals to conduct accurate, objective, and legally compliant calculations in financial disputes arising from consumer law.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in calculating interest, compensation, penalty clauses, and depreciation values according to legal standards.
