Training Purpose

The aim of this program is to develop expert-level understanding and practical skills in the forensic evaluation of traffic accidents, including accident causes, evidence assessment, fault ratio determination, and professional report preparation. Participants will learn to interpret traffic laws, regulations, and expert standards and apply them to real-world case analyses.

• Key terms in the Highways Traffic Law and Regulations

D–F) Accident Identification and Evaluation

• Definition of a traffic accident and exclusion criteria

• Approaches and evaluation techniques based on accident type

G–H) Factors Affecting Accident Occurrence

• The role of alcohol and driver behavior

• Multi-vehicle, intersection, rear-end, rollover, and chain collisions

• Fault determination in complex traffic scenarios

2) Single-Vehicle Accidents

• Collisions with road structures (barriers, poles, buildings)

• Property damage incidents and liability evaluation

3–4) Bicycle and Motorcycle Accidents

• Collision types, intersection dynamics, and helmet use analysis

• Speed-related and maneuver-based motorcycle accidents

5) Pedestrian Accidents

• Fault evaluation before and after legal reforms (18.10.2018)

• Crosswalk and reverse maneuver collisions

6) Animal-Related Accidents

• Accidents involving stray or domestic animals on various road types

Certification and Administrative Information
