Training Objective

This course aims to teach participants how to analyze the factors affecting the value of buildings and facilities, apply different valuation methods, and determine property values in accordance with market conditions and legal regulations. Participants will gain competence in understanding valuation principles, construction laws, and reporting techniques to objectively assess economic values of real properties.

    • Physical, locational, legal, and socio-economic factors

Day 2: Zoning and Site Factors in Valuation

  • Impact of zoning and planning regulations on value

  • Architectural and structural project analysis

  • Site and location assessments using digital tools (parcel and address systems)

Day 3: Valuation Process and Methodologies

  • Information collection and fieldwork process

  • Assessment of property interior and exterior features

  • Cost calculation, income method, and comparison method

  • Land and building valuation integration

Day 4: Practical Valuation Reporting

  • Report structure and essential components

  • Case study analysis and sample reports

  • Hands-on practice in preparing expert valuation documents


Important Information

  • Certificates will be issued to participants attending at least 80% of the program.

  • Certificates will be delivered via PTT Cargo after institutional verification.

  • No installment options for credit card payments.

  • Refunds for cancellations (with valid justification) may take up to one month due to administrative procedures.
